Overall a pleasant stay for the price

Great hotel for the price, had a suite so plenty of room. Check in was all on iPads but was very quick and staff replied via email quickly if they weren’t there. Location was good and also close to the station. Negatives; bed was very hard, after 4 nights I’m ready for my own bed! Room was also cold as they hadn’t switch AC to winter mode yet so couldn’t put heat on. Did give me extra duvet. Pool was freezing but pool area was lovely. Lots of private events on Friday and Sat nights so kept getting kicked out of the pool area which was highly annoying, after lots of walking and just wanted to relax in the sunshine. Overall, for the price it’s perfect for couple of nights stay. It’s also full of students so I’d say it’s like a fancy hostel vibes, more suited to a younger crowd.

Well situated hotel but on a very noisy big street ,it has great staff and reception area ,but above that is just a college dorm transformed or used as a hotel , nothing wrong about it but not worth a 4 star level and price the rooms are with damaged from use floor, cheap desks, and overall run down state perhaps good for the college crowd and studies but not for this price

We had a wonderful stay at The Social Hub Lavagnini! The location is perfect, everything we wanted to do and see was easily walkable, making it simple to explore the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and has a really cool, unique vibe. However, I will mention that it was very dimly lit; but once we switched rooms to a higher floor, the lighting and brightness of the room was remarkable better. The common areas are stylish and inviting, and the rooftop pool with its stunning views is a definite highlight. Although our room was missed by housekeeping one day, the staff handled it quickly and professionally by providing us with fresh towels and anything else we needed right away. Their friendly and responsive service really stood out. Overall, this is a great affordable option if you’re looking for a clean, fun, and vibrant place to stay in a beautiful city. Highly recommend!
