The staff were very attentive. The hotel is located at a quiet street which I like, quiet but not like in a dark alley or on a scary street. It is a safe neighbourhood and there is bus stop and tram stop nearby.The room and bathroom were spacious compared to most hotels I have stayed in Europe

The staff was excellent and very quick and efficient in helping us arrange a taxi. The room upgrade was a special touch and greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The only small note I would mention is that the sleeping pillows felt a bit lightweight and could use a little improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I did not receive the room I booked — I had reserved a balcony room, but was instead given a ground-floor room. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, especially in comparison to the team at The Hoxton in Rome, who were professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. The room itself was disappointing: it felt dusty, the floor didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned, and there was a spider web on the ceiling. On my last night, I even found a spider on my bed. Overall, I couldn’t wait to check out. The only positive was the location, which was about a 25-minute walk to the main square. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

The hotel, the room and the various spaces inside and outside look lovely. The room was also very confortable. However, the let down is service. Breakfast staff dont seem to have any clue what they are doing and (except for the older gentleman) came across as borderline rude. Previous evening in the bar, similar lack of understanding of what is everyone's job was observed. Management attention is needed on allocating roles and responsibilities and training staff.
