The location was great and allowed us to walk easily from the train station with our luggage and to tour the city attractions. Our room was very quiet and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Frustrated that it was listed that laundry facilities were available but we found out when we arrived that they no longer had a laundry room.

You can't beat this location in Florence! And if you're into Da Vinci and his work, iyou can stay at this property where he lived for 2 years! The staff is so welcoming and inviting. The library with the bar is such a beautiful place to sit after a day of sightseeing.
