Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, close to all tourist hot spots. Room was hot, air con did not work for cooling, only worked for heating. Needed to leave window open for air flow but it is noisy outside making it difficult to sleep. A fan would’ve made all the difference. You do have quite a steep staircase to go up to get to reception making it tricky with suitcases.

The BEST location in Firenze. 1 block from Uffizi, 2 blocks from Ponte Vecchio, 4 blocks from the Duomo. And an easy 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Rooms were clean and spacious. Windows kept out any noise. We were quite satisfied!

Standard amenities in the room. Comfortable bed, a/c worked well. Extremely responsive and helpful staff. Perfect location for visit to Florence museums and attractions. Note, there is a flight of steps to carry luggage up to the hotel. Elevator available ounce you climb the first flight.

Everything within walking distance but very loud to sleep, all tourist walk through this street and construction in the corner. Many many people, location is good since you are IN THE TOURISTIC AREA.

Stayed in Florence for two nights in this very much location friendly room, right by the Piazza Della Signorini. Located in the heart of Florence you can walk to many of the famous sights and choose from the many restaurants they had within a 2km radius. Lots of shopping and tourism in this spot as well if that’s what you’re looking for. Beautiful piazzas in this area with lots to pohotogtaph. The Duomo is certainly a sight to behold. Even at night it was all lit up filled the head full of wonder and amazement. The hotel was nice with a single door access between two a gelato shop and a caffe. Access to the lobby required a couple flights of stairs , then an elevator to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable with nice lighting and a nice big window you could open up and let some fresh air in. Bathroom was and spacious too with towel warmer, bidet, and a nice big walk in shower. I loved the lighted mirror too. A nice touch. Very clean everywhere. Check in and out was good. Easy as well. Would stay again due to its location to high tourism area and beautiful piazza
