Hotel is well kept, room was spotlessly clean and matched my booking. Staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Service was very good. Just picking a bit, we took a later beeakfast on one of the days and notice the choice was limited. Overall a good stay and would book again.

Great hotel, well appointed and quiet rooms (despite being on a busy square), attentive staff and casual vibe.slightly out of the main action, but an easy 15 minute stroll to all the centre. Tram outside the front door makes it super accessible.

Highly recommend for solo travelers. It’s easily walkable to the main attractions and the Tram is right across the street. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! The rooms are spacious and bright. I felt super safe the entire time and there’s a 24 hour bar in the lobby which I utilized every night just to watch my shows and sip on cocktails as a nightcap. The only con was that the towels still had makeup stains when I arrived. But to be fair I 100% believe they were washed and clean but some makeup doesn’t come out of towels so I understand (it happens to me at home)). But you can easily request new ones. I highly highly recommend this hotel.

The Ruby hotel is very modern. Their staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are really cute and very clean. The bar is open 24/7 but they only offer breakfast. There are a lot of cafe’s around but for dinner it’s about a 10-5 minute walk to find good restaurants. The metro stop is very close and can be used as well. I would definitely stay again.

My fiance and I were wowed in the Wow Room, Lovely, spacious, nice balcony, quiet, which overlooked a back courtyard, instagramable. 4 short stops on the T2 Tram from the Central Station, a 25 min to the Duomo and surrounding center area. The continental breakfast was decent, no cooked to order options and most of all the manager and staff were thee nicest, they went out of their way to make our stay in Florence most memorable.

We loved the breakfast and unlimited coffees;) the vibe of the hotel was amazing! Very nice and clean rooms. My only 2 wishes are: shower cap (there was none) and warmer temperature in the shower (I love my shower hot). Overall fantastic hotel, and we will definitely stay there next time we are in Florence.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ruby Bea in Florence Italy! This hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the train. Our room (the Wow) was spacious and clean. The whole hotel is tastefully appointed. We were greeted with a quick orientation, smiles and espressos, such a welcoming touch. Highly recommend!
