The hotel is located in a very convenient area, very close to main attractions, plazas and good restaurants. Staff was very helpful specially the two front ladies when we checked in; also staff at breakfast was very sweet. The only thing is there was a blood stain in one of the soils, we called the front desk to mention it but they said that the room service staff wasn’t available at that time at night, but they changed it first time the next morning so nothing too big of a deal. They gave us two free drinks at the bar, that was a nice gesture. We really liked and enjoyed our time in Florence staying at this hotel. Finally It’s close to the train station, 10 minutes drive or 12 minutes walking which is fantastic.

Very friendly staff that was attentive to all my needs and preferences, and made sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I will gladly stay here again on my next visit. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and very true to how it was advertised on the site. The location is great and perfectly tucked away from the busy scene of the historic center, but also in walking distance to all the attractions. Highly recommend!
