Superb location near all of the important downtown historic Florence attractions. Staff was professional, friendly, and accessible. Beds were comfortable. Love the high ceilings and old world charm. We were a multi-generation family of six with one double and one quad. Everyone was happy.

Staff very warm, welcoming, and willing to help. Very close to high-traffic tourist street (iconic bridge, plazas, shops, food, etc) but far enough away you don’t feel it or see it from the hotel. Good breakfast for reasonable price if you choose the option. Not often can you stay in a 15/16th century building with the comforts they’ve been able to renovate.
