Spent three nights at this hotel recently. Room was clean and comfortable; front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Very conveniently located near the downtown area, and many of the venues associated with the ArtFields Festival. If you're coming to town for the festival, definitely a hotel worth considering. Only negative during my stay was the lack of maid service; had to finally request fresh towels from the front desk on the second evening. Breakfast selection is also a little sparse, but plenty of dining options within walking distance. I will be coming back to Lake City on a regular basis and definitely stay at this property again.

There was only one employee for this hotel doing his best to try to cover all aspects. It took a long time to check in as it took awhile fir him to appear. The breakfast room was dark although there was coffee and juice. The trash cans were very full. Again, once this man appeared he rushed around tobturn on lights, find pancake batter, etc. The whole experience was bizarre. The hotel, however, was clean, attractive and the rooms were clean. No one was allowed to have a room on the 2nd floor due to no staff to service the rooms. The landscaping was attractive.

Great stay, this hotel deserves higher average rating. Rooms upgraded, neat and clean. And breakfast was decent, and it included warm waffles which made kids happy. Receptionist was friendly and helpful
