Superb view from the terrace! With such a good view comes stairs. Apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator to the third. Two flights within the apartment to get to the terrace but is so worth it! Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean. A great area to stay in, everything was within walking distance. The apartment is light on amenities. We had to buy toilet paper (provided two small rolls for four adults for 3 nights). Overall would absolutely recommend, but just be aware.

The apartment was dated and worn. The pictures are deceiving. It was not clean. It was very dusty. The shower was moldy. It was raining one day and there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling onto the floor. When i contacted maintenance regarding this issue, there was no response. The check-in process was rushed. The sofa bed's pillows were not around and therefore it could not be used as a sofa, but only a sofa bed. It is in a great neighborhood, walking distance ot all the main sights and beautiful views of florence from the windows and the rooftop terrace. Would not stay here again.

Loved the location of the property!

The apartment is in a good location. The apartment was clean. We were met at the apartment but were really not given any instructions on the property or what do do with garbage or any suggestions for places to go in the area. The apartment was fine but just a few notes for future guests. The toilet area of the bathroom is very small. If you are a larger person this could be an issue. The outdoor patio is on the roof, which is fine, but you need to climb two flights of narrow stairs.

The view was incredible. Possibly the best in Florence!! Was also a great place to get away from the crowded streets and still enjoy the beauty of the city.

Enjoyable

The flat was great as it could accommodate 6 people. The terrace had a view that was amazing. Some extra towels and paper products would’ve been great. Also a better coffee pot. But those weren’t reasons to not recommend it. The location was perfect and neighborhood wonderful.

Great - Centrally located. close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and tourist sites - Apartment is as described. Large with great views Areas of Improvement - Need to ensure supplies are adequate. Ran out of TP in first few days and unable to use stove top in last day due to gas lighter running out - Communication - no follow up on keys and no comms on check out process

Best view in Florence

This stay was incredible. Absolutely the best view in Florence. You can see a 360 view of the whole city. The location was great, too, in a super vibey area of Florence and lots of great restaurant and things to do in the immediate area. The only problem we had was that we couldn't get the heat to work for our first day there. This is partly because the system takes a long time to heat the place up, and partly because the person who checked us in didn't really explain how to use it. Other than that, no complaints. Would absolutely stay again.
