I enjoyed my stay at this location; I was generally warm in the room, but was able to open the window and cool the space, local regulations prohibited cooling. No in person staff on site other than cleaning folks in the AM. But I did not need staff other than to notify through what’s app very loud neighbors at 2 AM in the morning.

The hotel is a great base for visiting Florence, in a slightly quieter neighbourhood but still plenty of food and drink options nearby and all the big attractions are a walkable distance away. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Tuscan Beauty and Charm

My wife and I absolutely loved the location, beauty and charm of this location. Florence can be a little busy, and this is just enough off the beaten path and in the perfect location to offer the perfect landing spot for our time in Florence.
