The place itself was in a perfect location, on a relatively quiet street just off a main street close to all the action. The apartment was clean but the headboard of the bed was peeling which was a little gross. We had to buy laundry detergent and there was only a small amount of dish soap somebody had diluted with water. However the host was kind enough to get somebody to drop off more dish soap as I asked if there was any more. Otherwise it had everything we needed. The instructions for disposing of the garbage could have been more easily accessible, and the morning of checkout the host did not answer us for 2 hours about what to do with the keys. Overall we had a fine stay but there were some hiccups.

Place was in a quiet location. It’s really close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It had all the amenities of an apartment. Washer was a plus but no dryer so time the washing and drying on the rack. The only downside is it is on the 3rd floor, around 35 or so steps and there is no elevator. So if you’re old and carrying a heavy luggage, this might be a challenge given the stairs are also narrow and steep.

Die Location der Unterkunft ist top, innerhalb von ein paar Minuten war man am Ponte Vecchio. Die Sauberkeit des Appartement ließ zu wünschen übrig, sehr viel Staub und allgemein wurde glaube nur ganz kurz durchgefegt. Außerdem haben das Bett und die Matratze die besten Zeiten längst hinter sich.

Overall the apartment was good. The location was excellent for exploring the city. Unfortunately, the bedding and sheets were stained and dirty and the couch was in a similar stained and dirty condition, giving the place a bit of an “ick” feeling. The check in and check out process were super smooth, with communication being very clear and in advance with quick responses.
