We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Montibello in Florence. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed, with very attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The checking in process was wonderful. The receptionist was very thorough and helpful in making us a map of the area and getting us a dinner reservation last minute. The rooms were big and spacious. I do wish though that the air conditioning was cooler. Also more replacements for the coffee machine. The porter though was incredibly helpful with all our luggage. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend it.
