We stayed on the ground floor to the back of the property, which gives you extra outdoor space. Beautiful character and very peaceful. 5-10 mins walk to the Duomo and in a vibrant neighbourhood. The roof terrace for breakfast was exellent and the views were sublime. Highly reccomend.

A 5-15 minute walk from everywhere you want to go in Florence so you can pop by in between tours for whatever you need. They have air conditioning which was much needed for May in Florence.

This hotel is in a building that has so much character and old world charm that it felt like we were staying in a museum! It was very clean, well kept and had the friendliest/helpful staff. They had a lovely breakfast which you could eat in one of the many dining areas or on the roof top terrace with the most amazing views! The location is perfect as it is walkable to many of the city attractions and a 20 minute walk to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is one of my favorites on the trip. Room was spacious for three people, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was lacking but fine. Location was perfect, walking or biking distrance to everything we wanted to see, Churches, shops, restaurants.

What a delightful traditional style property, located through a courtyard hidden behind beautiful, wooden doors. Chose this for the character and the roof top terrace for breakfast which had amazing views across to the Duomo. We were upgraded to a larger room, was a little dark however not a real issue as lots of space. Breakfast was adequate but view from rooftop more than made up for this.

Wasn’t modern but liked the style, kept the windows open and was enjoyable. Location was excellent. Noisy due to bar down the street all night long, but didn’t hear it with windows closed. Very nice rooftop area and a great view of the city.

Great location, and very nice staff, but the main and only issue I had was that the room was right by the breakfast room. Not a huge issue, but if you have a light sleep you would hear staff preparing the tables.

We stayed just one night before our plane left. The rooftop deck was the best. We’d been in Florence at Moon Boutique Spa for the week. We love the spa there. Palazzo Giardino near the Duomo was the best ever. The view was amazing and it is in a palace from the 16-17+centuries. Beautiful and in the heart of Florence. Cobblestone roads and uneven sidewalks but also great taxi service to the palace doors. Elevator to rooms, some stairs to rooftop. Private terraces $$$? We highly recommend it. My husband loved the location. Cafes, Architecture History everywhere even an Irish pub tucked away in the spiderweb shaped streets. Palazzo Giardini is in the heart of Florence. Breakfast sounded delicious but our flight was too early. Easy cab ride, but you can take the tram for 2€ each if you have time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Graziani in room 11B. The room has a fantastic view of the Cathedral - far better than it looks in the photos on here! The panoramic view from the terrace is equally incredible. The decor is simple but tasteful, very Tuscan. Again, it's nicer in person than it looks online! There were two small frustrations for us: firstly, the mattress was quite hard - it didn't bother me too much but my boyfriend wasn't a fan. Second, the breakfast was underwhelming - basically lots of variations of pastries. They do have some cured meats and some yoghurt but honestly we found ourselves hungry again within a couple of hours as pastries just aren't very nourishing. A simple but easy change would be to provide some boiled eggs, or add a greek yoghurt or quark to the mix.

Fabulous location and building, excellent single room for a week long stay. Staff were great, always pleasant and helpful, and being able to eat breakfast on the rooftop terrace was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.
