People at front desk are nice but there are things that sow the hotel's management problem. AC was not cool enough at night. I suspect they centrally higher the temerature set. The bathroom light turned off as I turn off the bed light. Coffee pods and tea bags are not replenished after room cleaning.

Clean room however we booked for 3 people and the staff seems did not check how many people checked in, always replacing towels onlu for 2 people so we ended up having to request for extra towels every day which was annoying.
