This hotel is ideally located near the Duomo in Florence so it is easy to walk to various sites around the city. It is easy to return to your room to drop off a bag, jacket, or take a bathroom break, before heading out to see more sites. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful. The bathroom has been remodeled and is very nice.

The two best things about this hotel were its location and the staff. It’s located a 30 second walk from Santa Maria del fiore in one direction and Piazza Republica in the other. The staff were super helpful and accommodated well for our family. The only aspect we didn’t like was the breakfast which was very basic but there are lots of eating places within a minutes walk. Overall, I would stay here again for its location and staff
