The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay.

This apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We did have some trouble getting through the gate when we arrived at 11pm at night but a rep from the rental company came to help us within 15mins and got us in. Even showed us around. Very helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades as the door locks were ancient and the one window in the living room wouldn’t shut or lock. Overall, we definitely would stay here again.

We had a terrible time accessing the property. We arrived at about 1.30pm and the office was closed. As we dont have international roaming on our phone I was unable to access the code for the key lock box. The office opened at 3pm however the manager spoke no English and did not offer to contact Expedia or the owner. We were outside the apartment for over 2 hrs when one of the residents assisted us in contacting Expedia. Once we accessed the keys we really enjoyed the apartment.
