The Leone Blu Suites room we stayed in was lovely.. High ceilings,very spacious, classical decor with walk in robe and ensuite.. Very comfortable bed and associated furniture.. We very much enjoyed staying in this room, so so comfortable.. The staff from the very friendly and helpful reception personnel to the very attentive and friendly breakfast staff made the stay at Leone Blu Suites a very pleasant experience.. Location is great as it is in walking distance to most of the important sights around Florence and has plenty of nearby restaurants cafes and retail outlets.. Unreal experience. It’s like living like royalty although there are some minor quirky things on account of the property being a local treasure but the staff are amazing and take great care of the guests. Such hospitality is not common these days.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and am in love with this one. It's a beautiful palace, which made it one of the more unique hotel stays we've ever had. The breakfast room was beautiful, as was the view from there. And the staff were all so kind and amenable. Highly recommend this place!

We such such a wonderful experience, the staff are 5 star, incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable. What a gem! All staff was eager to be of service and seemed enthusiastic to help, however small the request. And primary-staff spoke fluent English. Breakfast as an unexpected treasure with an excellent array of offerings. The property is extraordinary and pleasantly placed just on the edge of hustle and bustle, so it was quiet at night (we kept our windows open) and yet a simple 5-min stroll to anything of interest. They also offered two very large rooms for guests’ use and had an ‘honesty bar’ where you could poor yourself a simple drink for a small fee, allowing us to take in the rooms, grandeur, and setting, while sipping some refreshing. I cannot imagine returning to Florence without thinking to stay here as my preference. It elevated the trip to something it otherwise wouldn’t have been.

Florence palace experience

Absolutely beautiful and unique time here. The staff were top-notch; helpful, kind and discreet. Breakfast had everything you could want including delicious cappuccino! It was a little warm in the room at night but that was a small issue compared to all the many positives of this property. They have very light aromatic oil sticks in the common areas; a wonderful aroma wafts by you at times. Nothing strong; just very nice. Housekeeping daily at your convenience. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place! Oh and it’s very walkable to … basically everywhere.

We love this small boutique hotel. Room was fantastic with very tall 20ft fresco ceiling. Breakfast was amazing too. Anastasia and Andrea were the best!
