Très bien situé pour les magasins, restos, gare et attraits touristiques. Serrure difficile à utiliser. Très bruyant, jusque tard dans la nuit - tant par les gens de la rue que des autres locataires. Pour une meilleure communication, c'est obligatoire d'avoir WhatsApp - ça devrait être mentionné au moment de la réservation ou dans les instructions d'admission. Pour aide, service très rapide du personnel.

Un segundo piso sin ascensor. La ducha no funcionaba bien. El agua caliente no llega para dos duchas. Hemos estado 5 dias y no había ni jabón para la ducha. Lo mejor, la ubicación, en todo el centro al lado del Ponte Vecchio y del Palazzo della Signoria.
