Staff were very welcoming and accommodated an early check in after our arrival from Rome. Hotel was centrally located, room was nice enough and exactly what we needed. Bed was comfortable, and had a few good nights sleep. Power sockets were a slight issue, having to charge my phone in the bathroom was less than ideal! Would recommend!

The staff and accommodations are excellent! Very close to the heart of all that is Florence (nothing farther than 10-15 mins walk) with lovely small cafes and trattorias right outside the front door. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be returning to this place on our next visit to magical Florence! A big thank-you to Roxy and Fredrica who made us feel right at home and were there for any needs or questions we had! Excellent service!

Very nice place in the centre of town. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was exactly as advertised , spacious with a great view overlooking the river and old town. If i go back to Florence i would happily stay here again.

The reception is on the third floor and our room was on the ground floor so arrival was a bit hectic. The reception is not well signed posted and we climbed all floors on the stairs before finding it. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was simple, quiet and clean. Modern bathroom, tee, coffee drinks in the fridge are offered. The location is perfect for visiting Florence and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
