Vale a pena

Very nice, excellent shower and Maria's service and promptness are exceptional. Good location, with tram stop to/from the airport in front. Breakfast, despite being outside the hotel, is very good, with excellent quality and variety, and a view of the Duomo. The only point to improve is the sofa bed, which is a little uncomfortable.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was significantly different from what was advertised and was extremely small, leaving very little space to move around comfortably. The location of the B&B was also not ideal and It felt very unsafe. This is not good especially for families. The air conditioning was not very effective, and the beds were quite uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our stay. Although the room itself was clean, and the staff were responsive, helpful, and prompt in their communication, these positives did not outweigh the overall inconveniences. Another drawback was that the included breakfast was served at a location more than a mile away, making it impractical to take advantage of the offering. Overall, despite the cleanliness and courteous staff, our experience was not very satisfactory, and we would not recommend this property for families or travelers seeking a comfortable and conveniently located stay.

Instruções claras para o auto check-in. Recomendo a acomodação

Maravilhosa
