Spacious 160 sqm home located in a historic Florentine palace with an elevator, just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo and the Uffizi. Ideal for families or groups, it comfortably accommodates up to 4+2 guests.

High ceilings, generous rooms, and an airy layout make this home extremely rare in Florence’s historic center. The presence of an elevator in the building is also an uncommon feature in historic Florentine palaces.

Great apartment slightly off the beaten path but within an easy walk of the historic city center. We appreciated the large living space to spread out and there were also lovely views from various rooms. Multiple levels, so stairs are a factor, but for most groups this shouldn’t be an issue.
