The hotel and rooms were very clean. The food for breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner was 5 stars. The amenities of a gym, and the spa were a great addition to relax at the end of our day from sightseeing. The staff were all very courteous and helpful with filling any requests. The location was great for walking to all the sites and also very near the tram, train and busses for transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Florence.
