Room was nice and clean, balcony was good too. Mini fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks daily, the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. The gym (anytime fitness) is attached to the hotel and you need to pay but you pay for a 24 hour period so can get 2 sessions within that period easily. The staff were all lovely, very welcoming and helpful. It also has a spa but you must book this as it can only take up to 4 people per session. Overall, a very nice stay and great hotel!

The Hotel is located walkable (or short train ride) from the main train station and 10 min walk from the city centre, very convenient. Staff is helpful and efficient. Free minibar (non alcoholic) and free welcome drink! Nice clean room. We really enjoyed staying in IQ Hotel!

The room was perfect. Very clean and they have a spa with jacuzzi and sauna! The staff was incredible! Elisa, Delia, and Mirko were delightful and so helpful! The location was amazing! Room was clean and spacious; loved the amenities and location (safe area - Im a runner and ran outside every day as a solo female and felt comfortable doing so early in the morning); ate breakfast at the hotel every day because it has so much variety and was so convenient for a fair price. Hotel front desk staff was so helpful in helping book taxis for us when needed (they helped my 80-year-old parents find an available doctor & book an appointment when my dad got sick on our trip) and they went out of their way to answer any questions we had. Highly, highly recommend.
