We stayed in Naples, Florence (Spadai), and Rome. Florence was by far the best experience and a lot of it had to do with the hotel. It had everything we needed, checkin was fast and easy. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!!!! The best of all the Italy hotels we stayed at. The only thing that would have made the hotel perfect would be bigger showers. Other than that it was such a a wonderful stay! We still talk about it today

Beautiful hotel! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was wonderful to start the day with a cappuccino. My sister and I went to the spa twice - nice private room but the dry sauna door wouldn’t shut and had a gap so there was cold air coming in. Other than that, everything was lovely. We love to stay at their sister hotel in Rome and have had great experiences there, too. We had more interactions with the staff in Rome, but because the front desk is set so far back in Florence, we didn’t talk with anyone but at check in and check out. Housekeeping was fantastic too. Love the before bed chocolates!

The staff was the best, very pleasant and attentive to your needs. Clean room, bathroom is big and nice comfortable bed. Breakfast was a feast. The location is the best at the heart of the city center.

Nice boutique hotel. They serve breakfast but not dinner. A/C works well. Room TV needs more English channels. Centrally located but beware of crowds, cars, bikes, and narrow sidewalks.

Staff is rude. They gave me a room right underneath. The construction offered no compensation for it. It was rude about that. Rooms are very very very small shower. You have to shower with 1 foot in 1 foot out cause the shower is so small. Restaurant menu is limited to say the least in the staff is ruder than the front desk.

Right in the heart of old Firenze but quiet and lovely inside. Hotel is beautifully modernized with decor and baths that exceed expectations. Our room was on the smallish side but not surprising for its central location in the old city. It was very liveable for our 3 day stay. Included Breakfast was extravagant and delicious. Most importantly, staff were always smiling, gracious and helpful. We highly recommend a stay at Spadai when in Florence!!
