Fantastic place to stay. The staff is wonderful. The airport lost my luggage and I didn’t have what was needed to convert the American plug to the European plug, so I could charge my cell phone. The hotel manager actually went out and purchase me one. They made my stay there very comfortable. If I ever come back to Italy i would most definitely go back to this hotel. The room was impeccable, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was lively. Perfecto! Thank you for making my stay very comfortable.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Super dirty, bad air / smells of mildew, bed bugs, no toilet at the room, dirty sheets. Stay away from this hotel.

I didn’t even have a lamp in my room. This place leaves a lot to be desired. The pictures on Orbitz do not reflect reality at all. And I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you checked yourself in via text message. Security seems very lax… and all the keys to the rooms are the same, so anyone can just use any key to get into any room. It’s nuts. Orbitz shouldn’t even list this place.

There was literally no water for the entirely of my two-day trip. No working toilet. No shower. No running water of any kind. And because there are no staff on site, there was no way for this issue to be resolved in a timely manner. I spent two days on vacation, in Florence of all places, without the ability to properly bathe. Hardly the sort of thing I expected to pay for when I made the reservation.

HORRIFIC!! THIS IS THE MOST DISCUSTING! UNSAFE! FILTHY! WE LEFT! No one can live like this! The smell of garbage in the whole hotel, brown stain on the sink! No running water!! The bed was stained of what looked to be excrement ! The wall outlet was hanging from the wall, great if u want to be electrocuted! There was an old soap covered in pubic hair under the bed! Tried to get money back!! No answers! No one takes responsibility! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Dirty. Communication is bad. Broken toilet. Stains on the wall. Blanket smells bad like it was used many times and was not washed. No curtain, we cant change in the room. The toilet tank was not filling up automatically , we called the property owner via whattsapp many times to fix it, they never pick up the call. Toilet seat broken. The heater was not working, room very cold. I put 1 star for location.
