The location of this hotel is superb, right on the Arno. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we ever return to Florence.

Loved staying here. The only problem was we didn’t plan well and stayed just one night. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Florence and for more than one night. It is great hotel in magnificent location. I keep returning to this hotel, this was my 4th time. I love the breakfast room! But I see the rooms, bathrooms, walls, windows keep deteriorating, not being updated. I think this hotel needs updates if it wants to keep the status and us coming back.
