This is an amazing hotel! I've stayed at other properties over the years and this one by far is the best!! It's in the perfect location to see everything. The rooms are very nice. Their cleaning staff are wonderful. Everyone is so cheerful and helpful at the concierge desk. Breakfast is fantastic!! And the happy hour is over the top!! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel my next trip to Firenze!!!

Great property conveniently located. We had a family of four and booked the family suite, which included two floors connected by stairs with a king bed on each floor. Check in was easy and the breakfast served in the morning was very good with great service. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Good breakfast options. Can be enhances with better quality bread (sourdough? Wholemeal?) limited egg options. But friendly staff made all the difference. On front desk Silvador, Patrick and Siddeeq were wonderful. And reliable. We came back to the hotel a second time due to the good nature of staff.

Hotel was pretty good, a bit dated with malfunctioning TVs. I was annoyed that the front desk made a big deal about their happy hour and got back early from sightseeing to relax and enjoy the happy hour, only to learn it was unapologetically canceled for some reason. I also complained about the TV not working g and they didn’t understand the problem. I didn’t want to waste any more time explaining.
