I stayed in probably 50 room nights this past year in Alaska, Mexico,costa rica United States, this was the worst hotel ever. the Rome was probably smaller than a cruise ship cabin, the bed was a small double bed that was the hardest lumpiest bed ever, the pillows was hard. The coffee in the morning obviously sat out all night,it was awfull, all for over $250 a night. What a crappy hotel.

Very cool property, located very close to everything in Florence. Clean room, unfortunately the typical small Italian shower was a little tricky for two people who are over 6 feet tall, but that’s pretty common. Overall, I would highly recommend this property, especially because the people that work the desk were really friendly communicative and just fun to talk to

The only strange thing is that I was charged 59 euros upon departure and was told that it was a tax. The hotel person gave me a handwritten receipt. This was not in the original booking

Friendly, attentive staff; very comfortable bed; high standards of cleanliness. There was plenty of choice for breakfast; everything was beautifully fresh and well presented and items were replenished very quickly. There is an outside area to sit as well as a small park opposite. Five minute walk from the T2 tram stop. We were very well looked after here.

Hotel had you leave your key each time you left the property which I found was weird. The neighborhood was near a park and they often played loud live music in the night. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.

We loved this family owned hotel. The lady who owns it lives on the property and we felt like we were in her home! Marco the Desk Clerk was helpful,charming and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable
