This place was not what I expected not clean enough for me. The place had a smell to it. One thing very close to station. The guy at the place that said he was just a worker was excellent trying his best to refund our money and gave us good advice.

The bathroom was smaller than most. I am not a newbie to traveling and recognize that around the world 3 stars means different things. It was clean but no elevator made it challenging luckily we were on 2nd floor. The access to the train station though was great.

From the very first day we arrived, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. We reported it, but the staff simply told us it wasn’t a problem because there are always mosquitoes in Florence. In addition, the beds and bed sheets were of very poor quality. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived but the poor housekeeper was working hard as previous occupants had left a mess to clean up. A working elevator would have been great. Staff was good.

The room was a mess. There was a bloodstain on blanket. Floor was disgusting. Everywhere was in dust, hair and nails. There was no elevator, at night or early morning people was carrying their luggage by screaming. I have never seen a hotel or hotel room like this. I have no idea how does it get three stars

Hotel is adjacent to a heavily used city bus terminus. Across the street from one of Florence’s nicer steakhouses. There was outdoor disturbance each night, including yelling and fisticuffs by locals Clean room, beds are comfortable. Wifi was ok. Our shower door broke while we were there. Staff was helpful, but there is irregular staff coverage during the day so luggage storage has to be offsite or not secured while at the hotel. No evening staff present.
