This hotel was absolutely lovely. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed: they made us a dinner reservation, it was raining so they provided an umbrella. The location is very convenient- right by the train station, but the area feels nice and you can eqsily get to all the major attractions. Would definitely stay again

This is a quiet and comfortable very conveniently located near Santa Maria Novella station. I stayed in Florence for around a week and found it a great place to base myself to get to the main sights and take a few day trips. The staff were all very kind and helpful and the housekeeping and breakfast services were excellent.

Spent a lovely week at Adler Cavalieri. Location is awesome, around the corner from the train station. Staff is super kind and helpful. We had a very nice sized room. Love the little snack area during the day. Only suggestion would be to improve breakfast selection and not charge for things like omelettes or cappuccinos. Would definitely return
