Excelente Hotel. Muy centrico. tienes que caminar algunos 50 metros para llegar al Hotel, pq esta en una zona turistica que no entra carros. Mini markets bien completos para la compra de lo que puedas necesitar a menos de 100 metros.

Excellent customer service!!

Shower was too small and showerhead was leaking bad. Also water splashed out. Other than that front desk staff was very courteous and accommodated our breakfast need when we had to leave early. Jasmin was very professional at her job and very friendly. Because of her and your other staff we would recommend your hotel to friends and families!

This hotel has a good location and appears to have been remodeled recently. It was clean, but the rooms felt smaller and not as spacious as other hotels we’ve stayed at. Still, it wasn’t too bad overall. The area is quiet, and the hotel is conveniently close to the train stations and the cathedral.

Globus Urban Hotel was absolutely amazing! This hotel honestly had it all. The hotel is perfectly located. Its just a few minute walk to the main attractions, restaurants, train station and also close to a laundry mat if you need to wash some of your clothes. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were always cleaned to perfection. When we return back to Florence, we will definitely be staying here again.

Globus Urban Hotel is in a fantastic central location—perfect for exploring Florence on foot. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making our stay smooth and welcoming. We booked “the apartment”, which was spacious and comfortable, though it is located up two flights of fairly steep, uneven stairs. It’s worth noting for anyone who might find carrying luggage to the 2nd floor a challenge. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: simple, not extravagant, but with very good quality. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gluten-free options. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive and kind, adding to the overall positive experience. There’s no on-site restaurant or bar, but honestly, you don’t need one—step outside the door and you’ll find plenty of excellent options just minutes away. Overall, a well-located, welcoming hotel that provides a comfortable base for discovering Florence.

This was a great little hotel in a brilliant location. It’s small so has limited facilities and a minimal breakfast offer, but the staff were lovely and the location was amazing. The rooms were clean but we didn’t have a view from either window but we were only there one night so it was fine. I’d stay here again though because of the staff friendliness and location.

This place is very well located between train terminal and the cathedral and lots of shopping and restaurants around. My wife , I and my teenage kids were very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel. Front desk and the breakfast team were amazing and very kind peoples. I will definitely recommend this place !

Wonderful Stay with Great Service We had an excellent experience at Globus Urban Hotel. The location was very convenient for exploring Florence, just a short walk from the main train station and close to the city’s major sights. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect home base for our trip. A special thanks to Nika and Jessica, who made every morning feel warm and welcoming with their kindness and attentive service at breakfast. Their smiles and hospitality really stood out and made our mornings even better. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

Perfect 2-day stay in Florence!

We had a fantastic 2 day stay at this lovely hotel. Everything from the service, the room and the breakfast was perfect. Special thanks to the very cheerful and helpful front desk staff (Nicola and Kristel) and to the ladies who helped with the breakfast (Jessica, Nika and Carla). The hotel has a fabulous location in down town and walkable distance from most notable locations in Florence. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Florence.

This hotel is located steps away from the train station and all the sites in the old district. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are great. The AC didn’t work and that is why I gave it four stars. However the location is amazing!
