Gianna is a wonderful host who truly makes you feel at home! Excellent breakfast, great location and very spacious room. Walking distance to everything including museums, shops and restaurants. Having the bathroom accessible only via circular stairs is a bit challenging, especially at night, but the charm of this place is unbeatable.

We loved staying at Gianna's for our visit to Florence - it's perfectly located, super clean and very comfortable for our family. Gianna was a delight - super helpful and great tips. And the breakfast... even my picky eater son LOVED the breakfast. Delicious and fresh food. HIGHLY recommend staying there and when we come back to Florence, we will stay there again.
