Upon entry, you’ll find a stylish living room with two comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen HDTV, and a cozy ambiance. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and features a designer dining table with four chic chairs, ideal for enjoying meals at home.



The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an en-suite half bathroom, and generous closet space for a restful and convenient stay. The second, more compact bedroom features a double bed and ample closet storage. A sleek full bathroom with a modern shower is located between the two rooms.



Large, secure, double-glazed windows flood the apartment with natural light while ensuring privacy and quiet. Two petite terraces—one accessible from the living room and the other from the second bedroom—provide charming spots to unwind outdoors after exploring the city.



This refined apartment is outfitted with all modern comforts, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV (with BBC channels), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, hairdryer, and washing machine. Every aspect has been carefully arranged to ensure a delightful and hassle-free stay in Florence.

Check-in time: 3PM - 7PM

As we do not operate a front desk, please inform us of your exact arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Late check-in must be arranged and approved 24 hours before arrival.

Early and Late Check-In fees:

From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 (€15 on weekends)

From 7pm to 8pm: €25

From 8pm to 10pm: €35

From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45

No check-in after MIDNIGHT unless previously agreed.
