The location was excellent convienently located next to the train station and easy walking distance to all major attractions. Anna at the front desk was super nice and accommodating and the breakfast was very pleasant. The rooms are modern and spacious and my only issue, which is a personal preference, was that the beds and pillows were firmer than I like. However, I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very centrally located about 10 minutes walk from the main Cathedral and square. The room was very big and very clean the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also very big and very clean. This stuff was very helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. I highly recommend the hotel.

Easy walk from train station. Our room faced street so some noise from vehicles & construction. Good location to walk to Duomo, museums, Ponte Vecchio. Make sure you check out Mercato Centrale for wide selection of foods in one place. Wonderful breakfasts! Staff were friendly & efficient!

The staff were wonderful and helpful, especially Nigel and Anna. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast room was small but there was always enough pastries, fruit, etc. for everyone. The location, right near the train station, was great for sight seeing and being close to all.

Surprised by the spacious and modern room in such an old city. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We had to be up and out early both days we were there so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the breakfast that opened when the staff came in at 7:30, but popped in one morning and it all looked great.
