A splendid ground-floor apartment in Piazzale Donatello, beautifully renovated in July 2023, with 6 beds.

Built in the mid-19th century using stones from Florence’s historic walls—glimpses of which can still be seen—the property is strategically located to allow you to explore Florence on foot, yet it is also easily accessible by car, as it lies just outside the restricted traffic zone.

The apartment is very quiet and consists of two bedrooms, a living area with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a peaceful garden where you can relax with a good book and a glass of wine.

The Stosa kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (kettle, oven, refrigerator, dining or work table, a TV, dishes, a set of pots and pans, cutlery, and much more); furthermore, the lighting has been designed to highlight the house’s original frescoes, a true window into the history of Florence.

Vasco offers its guests a kitchenette equipped with a sink, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and glasses, as well as coffee and a coffee maker. The practical mini-bar refrigerator is very convenient for keeping your drinks cool.

The bedroom overlooks the garden and features a large, newly renovated wardrobe with a full-length mirror, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a comfortable double bed. Two hand-decorated nightstands complete the room.

Both bathrooms are fully equipped with a 6kg washing machine (only in the Fiorenza bathroom), sink, bidet, and shower, and come with towels, a complimentary toiletries set, and a hair dryer.
