Hotel was great location, clean and well kept. If you have a disability or are traveling with luggage this would not be the hotel for you. There is no elevator to get to the main level and it's about 20 steep steps

Leonardo at the front desk was very helpful and always remembered us. The staff at breakfast were friendly and very quick to provide help. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t seem able to get lower than 75. We didn’t complain because we had read this about the hotel previously.
