The check in process was a little confuse since you have to go to another building on the 3rd floor to do it, that was a nightmare but then we walked to our house and the elevator was very small to fit all the luggage and we did a few rides until we get to the floor, the rooms were spacious and clean , air conditioning was very strong witch I like it and quiet room .

Check in was our only issue. We found the building we we’re staying in, but check in is in a another building, so it’s confusing. It didn’t help matters that we had no cell service or wifi. We received an email regarding check in, but not until close to our check in time. Once we got checked in things went well. We didn’t require room service during our stay, so I can’t comment on it. We definitely will not travel out of the country in the future without cell service though.

We had a very good stay at Daphne Guest House! The location was excellent—close to major sights, restaurants, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming, cozy feel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend Daphne Guest House to anyone visiting Florence!
