The biggest selling feature of this place is its excellent location as it is right in the heart of downtown Florence, but off the busy street so it is still quiet at night. Beds (regular bed and sofa bed) are comfortable the basic amenities are good. The check in process of having to pick up and drop off the keys at another location is inconvenient. There are other little inconveniences like the lack of places to hang towels, and the need to buy supplies like dish soap, hand soap (however they do provide shampoo), more toilet paper. The air conditioning worked very well and was fantastic to have on the hot days during our stay. All in all a very good place to stay.
