This property was in A perfect location.It’s A first floor apartment however there are 22 steps up from street level to gain access.It was beautifully decorated & its proximity to everything was priceless.I struggled with the washing machine as I don’t think it was operating properly but could have been me! I would recommend this place for A stay & would stay here again myself!!

I did not end up staying here, so I don't know how the owner can review me or i can review them. I sent multiple messages to the host inquiring about the access information and advising I would cancel as she was not complying with VRBO's requirement to provide the information 3 days in advance. When she continued to fail to respond, we canceled. VRBO notified us they would be processing our refund. I am still waiting. We ended up having to book a very expensive hotel last minute because of this host.

The host cancelled our reservation just 2 days before our check-in date (and after we'd already started our trip across Italy), causing a lot of stress and inconvenience trying to find another place to stay on such a short notice. Also, it has now been a week since cancellation and they still haven't even refunded our pre-payment, nor have they responded to my request for refund. Now I'll have to get my credit card involved to get my money back.
