Amazing location, easy to contact host, only issue is the bed was unsleepable. To call it uncomfortable is being generous. We had to putt the futon mattress (also uncomfortable) upstairs to put it onto of the bed just to get a half decent night sleep. Good value for money and wonderful location but be prepared to not rest

Nice view of the Duomo from the terrace. Communication was excellent with the host. Beds were not overly comfortable. The location is great, close walk to the centre of the city.

Be warned about properties offered by Mmega. Our space was nothing like the images. It was missing curtains. chairs, and decor. The beds were terrible and the walls were damaged. The one chair that wasn’t broken was not a comfortable option for any adult, let alone for multiple days! The shower didn’t have a curtain, just empty rings and a scary transom. The terrace/outside space was challenging to access (you had to awkwardly squeeze through and tight space). And while the view was lovely, the fire escape (that is what it was), was nasty. It had a gross mop and bucket, broom, and abandoned appliance. And, the elevator was smelly. Such a disappointment. After a series of lovely stays across Europe, this space was a terrible experience, uncomfortable and hard to return to night after night. I do not recommend it!

There was no stay. They asked me to let them know when I would be there. I sent them the time. Was told to contact a different person about check in. Then that person never got back to me. I walked Aaron’s Florence with my luggage for 2 hours and gave up to get a different hotel.

ホテルではなく、アパートのメゾネットタイプの1部屋なので、超広い！　鍋、食器の揃ったキッチン、ガス4口コンロ、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫。洗濯機もあるので、旅行中に溜まった洗濯を片付けることが出来たし、洗濯物が干せるミニバルコニーもあって気持ちがいい。アイロンも揃っていて、スーツケースに押し込んでシワになった衣類も綺麗にできた。 シャワーの勢いがイマイチで、お湯が出始めるまで5分かかってしまうとか、エアコンはあるけど広い室内の空調には物足りないとか、いろいろあるけど、とにかく総合評価として、かなりの高得点！　多分次回も利用したい！
