Several major issues during our stay: Inaccurate Photos: The kitchen and living space are far older than shown in the listing photos, which depicted a modern, updated unit. Check-in Friction: You have to coordinate an in-person meeting with a property manager just to get access, making arrival inconvenient. Poor Service: No soap was provided in the apartment. We were promised delivery in 30 minutes, but it took over 24 hours and a second phone call to actually get it. They also nickel-and-dime guests with fees for extra towels. Location: The property borders a sketchy park that did not feel safe to walk past at night.
