A magical place in a strategic location: Staz. Leopolda 1 minute walk away; SMN Station 8 minutes walk away, Florence Cathedral 15 minutes walk away, Cascine Park 4 minutes walk away, in an elegant building from the 1500s finely restored and meticulously cared for.

The apartment has a private sitting area with a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a very nice balcony with seating, a dining table, and a beautiful loft bedroom in a very high and bright space. Comfortable bathroom in the room, with a shower. The space has been carefully curated by a very skilled and renowned local architect. The apartment is equipped with an air exchanger (for sanctification and cleaning) and every possible comfort. Entrance and kitchen are shared with another apartment of the same property but are rarely used.



You\'ll have the apartment all to yourself. In the entrance, you have a nice kitchenette with a refrigerator all to yourself, the space is shared with another apartment of the same property, which is used as a pied-à-terre.
