Large car park available for a fee, accessible without entering the restricted traffic zone. Air conditioning and independent heating in every room. It has one bedroom, a large bathroom, and a living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed.



The Space:

The apartment is located at the second floor of a historic Florentine building, accessible via two convenient flights of stairs.

You'll be able to check-in independently whenever you want. We have a self check-in system. You can always check in independently by entering a code or using your phone.

The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished in a modern refined and sophisticated style.

It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed.



The sofa bed will be prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation.



To complete the picture, the apartment has a fast wifi connection, regulating lights, a coffee machine and a kettle.



Guest Access:

At Florence Charming Apartments we are always available to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you can access the apartment completely independently thanks to our self check-in system, which also includes self-registration of identity documents.

You will access the apartment via self check-in, so from 3 p.m. onwards you can freely enter your Florence Charming Apartment by following the information you will receive via email once the procedure is complete.





Our office guarantees a prompt response via email, chat and telephone from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Sunday. Outside these hours, we only respond to emergencies via telephone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
