The owner was extremely nice, he even let us keep our luggage there until 2pm after we checked out. The room was extremely clean and it was within a comfortable walking distance to the city center and train station. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone going to Florence!!

Our room was very nice and clean. The location is very walkable to most of the highlights in Florence. It is an easy walk to/from the SMN train station, and the tram from the airport. The owner was there every morning to make coffee and give sightseeing advice. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

Niccolo, the host, was superb and very accommodating! Very close to the train station! Around 30mintute walk to Ponte Vecchio 👌and you can map out all the other sights in between you way to Ponte Vecchio!

I LOVED staying here! It was one of the best decisions I made during this trip. Niccolò is EXTREMELY helpful, he truly does everything he can to make your trip the best it ca be. From giving us a map pin pointing the bus routes we would need to get around the city, pointing out the areas we had in mind to see and letting us know how to get there and back. Places to eat, making us coffees in the mornings, doing everything he could to make our stay comfortable. I am so happy I booked this B and B, I am recommending it to my friends and family.

We loved staying here and highly recommend to anyone staying in Florence. Easy walking to all the museums and restaurants, but tucked in on a quiet lovely street.
