We stayed here as part of our honeymoon around Europe. When we checked in we had our room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise! The room had everything that we needed in it and was comfortable. Everything that we wanted to see was in walking distance but there are good public transport connections available too. The host was lovely and knowledgeable, it was a shame we were only staying for one night!

Nicco, was terrific! Offered us tasty cappucino, awesome advice on how to get around and what to do. Clean sheets, strong AC, easy access to the train station. 5 min to the station 18 min to the major sites. Strongly recommend.

Great little B&B

This was fine for our one night stay which we needed before going to the airport. It was a 10 minute taxi, which we took due to the amount of luggage we had. The tram is also an option close-by. Even though the title is called "BandBFirenze", I truly thought we would have our own space outside of the bedroom/en suite. I don't recall the information on the listing stating that there was a common area shared space. For one night it was fine, but for a longer stay I wouldn't want to be sharing a very small kitchen/living room with strangers without the owner being on site. There were also many rules and regulations of things you could/couldn't use in the kitchen area. The owner greeted us right away and was helpful and kind. The bedroom and ensuite were beautiful, comfortable, had wonderful A/C and totally updated with mosquito screens on the windows! So great!

We loved this property! Niccolo was so welcoming and helpful. He was easy to contact via WhatsApp and quick to respond to questions. The most comfortable beds in all that we stayed in. AC worked very well. Relatively central location. Easy to walk everywhere. Niccolo Also gave great advice and directions to take public transit. Property was very clean and well kept. Niccolo also makes a fantastic cappuccino in the morning.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and our host was very accommodating and helpful in arranging transportation and pointing out locations to restaurants and sites. The B&B was within a 5-minute walk to the tram station and conveniently located in between two.

Great location, 3-4 minutes walk from Belfiore tram stop. Only 4 rooms so intimate and Niccolo is an excellent host, very knowledgeable about the area and makes great coffee in the morning. The room was awesome, nice and big with high ceilings but the bed and pillows were the best aspect, easily the best sleeps i've had on holiday for a while and i've stayed in a few 5 star locations.

Great Service and would highly recommend

Fantastic service!! We received information about the city and where to go and we could easily store our luggage on the day of check out. We were upgraded and the room was very nice you can hear other guests when they in the shared kitchen area but all were very nice and respectful. We really enjoyed our stay!! Would recommend
