Place is great and the location is TOP TIER! We booked based on reviews but did not check the location and honestly best hotel ever, we were able to walk everywhere and the dome view is breathtaking! Staff was super helpful and kind to us!

We had a great stay! The room was cleaned daily, breakfast was included each morning, and the shower always had hot water — everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We also appreciated the water refill station in the reception area for filling up our water bottles. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an ideal spot as a solo traveler. Cute, clean and safe, and an easy 15-20min walk from the train station. Location is perfect as you can literally see the Duomo out your window. Great included breakfast from the museum cafe (cappuccino, fresh juice, pastry, and a sandwich) too. This spot has that soft, mom-n-pop sorta feel that’s becoming harder to find. And Luisa is so sweet and genuinely welcoming.

We absolutely adored this property! The room was amazing, the balcony and the view were the highlight. It is exactly as pictured. The staff was incredibly helpful. The codes to get in were much easier than the key option. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend the museum Café over the other one.
