The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, carefully designed to provide maximum comfort. Each room has access to a private balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy some peaceful outdoor moments.

One of the bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a large wardrobe, while the other two feature king-size beds and stylish open wardrobes that combine functionality and design. Every room includes air conditioning and heating, ensuring the ideal temperature all year round.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, featuring an induction cooktop and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals with the same comfort as at home.

There are three bathrooms in the apartment: two full bathrooms (one en suite) and a third one with a shower and sink. For added convenience, there’s also a separate laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer — perfect for longer stays or family trips.

Just a few steps away, you’ll find some of the city’s main landmarks and attractions, such as Piazza della Signoria, the Basilica of Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, and the Sant’Ambrogio Market. The area is filled with restaurants, cafés, and local shops where you can immerse yourself in the authentic Florentine lifestyle.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
