Acqua Apartment - Four Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 7

Spacious and centrally located apartment, next to the Bargello Museum and a few meters from Palazzo Vecchio. Located on the second floor of a typical Florentine building, without a lift. It consists of three comfortable double bedrooms and one single, it can accommodate up to 7 guests. It has three bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the bedroom. Living area with television and kitchenette equipped with modern appliances. It has wifi connection and laundry area.

Limitation of services: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of 100 € will be charged.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
