Great location! Quiet, clean and safe. I wish the restroom had a little more space and the shower should drain better so we didn’t have to stand in the water when showering.

We have a great stay. Location is great. There are rooms of improvement. The second bathroom's door isn't closed. The water pressure is nearly nonexistent. The host is very responsive.

Very quant apartment super close to the action in Florence, location could not be better. Apartment had everything 2 couples needed for a few days exploring, as long as you’re strong enough to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs you’ll love this place lol

Pros: close to everything! I mean everything. The apartment is 12 min walk from the SMN train station. The Duomo is literally steps away. The galleries are 8-10 mins walking distance. Supermarket, Restaurants and shops are all over. The host Franchesca was easily available. The best of all….the apartment had AC!!! Which was extremely necessary for the month of August. Cons: I am fit, this is not a complaint, but no elevator. So travel light. Overall, when I come back to Florence I plan to stay here.

Property was as advertised. Great location near everything we wanted to see. Check in was easy as was check out. Steps up to the place were a lot but we were used to it by then. Excellent amenities in the apartment and excellent air conditioning when needed. Would recommend to others. Steps were the only real drawback but to be expected in Florence.

Great location and nice apartment

Location 10/10 - literally a few steps from the Duomo and the markets, lots of restaurants and cafés nearby and an easy walk to the station. Cleanliness- 10/10 Apartment - 10/10 nicely laid out with two medium size bedrooms with large queen size beds, comfortable kitchen/living area with lots of amenities. Accessibility- 5/10 - be aware there are 50 stone steps to reach the apartment and no lift. If you can’t walk well then it is an issue as I found. Bed comfort 8/10 - the bed mattress was very comfortable but I took off 2 points because it was very cold. We had a very nice stay and loved that the apartment was within easy reach of all the tourist sites as well as a good supermarket next door. My only complaint would be that the apartment was very cold on arrival. The temperature in Florence during our stay was -3C at night. Also the bed was so cold, luckily I brought a small hot water bottle with me as I have bad arthritis and require heat on my knee. The apartment did warm up but it took a couple of days. Host - we didn’t meet the host, or anyone else on our arrival. We found the apartment building fine but weren’t sure of the actual apartment. I had a text giving me the code for the door (outside door we discovered later) but other texts did not get through to me until we were inside the apartment! The only way we knew it was our apartment was because of the photos on Hotels.com. I would recommend this apartment because of the location and size. Great in summer.

Loved the apartment. Great view of the Duomo. Easy walking. In between two great restaurants. Beds comfortable. Being able to wash my clothes was awesome. Air drying was a twist. Lovely Manager. Would definitely rent again.

Great apartment in heart of Florence

This apartment was perfectly situated for our long stay in Florence. Very convenient to everything. To walk outside and see the Duomo every day was amazing. Great coffee half a block away, lively street with shopping, music, and food. We really loved staying here. Very responsive staff. Con-Our stay was 11 days and we only got one shower towel per person and one dish towel…ask for more. There is no dryer so if you wash, you cannot use the next day. Also would have been nice to have a broom. However, we would definitely stay here again without a doubt. The steps are significant mostly on first day with luggage. You get used to them after a couple days.

Convenient location

The apartment locates at the city centre. The room is very clean and the beds are comfy. We found everything we need there. Easy check in and check out. Daniele is friendly and very helpful.

A great location. It is literally a few steps from the Duomo! We were able to walk to every place we wanted to visit. The place was clean. The only minor inconvenience was that the shower space was bit tight, but I would gladly endure 5 minutes of daily inconvenience again.

El departamento muy bien ubicado, bien tenido...pero dos cosas importantes, el check out es muy temprano (10 AM) y no avisan que los taxis no llegan a la puerta, ya que la calle es peatonal, por lo tanto se debe tirar de las maletas un par de cuadras que lo hace incómodo. Ojo, calle que es con adoquines de piedras irregulares

El apartamento está excelentemente localizado.La chica que nos recibió y entregó las llaves fue muy cercana y agradable. Pero los dueños de la propiedad deberían ver más de cerca las condiciones del mismo. El precio fue desorbitante . Pensábamos que estaba mejor. El aire de los cuartos no funcionaban y tenían dos equipos portátiles para aire acondicionado que no estaban instalados pues la tubería de salida para el aire caliente lo tiraba a la misma habitación. Y claro! Nunca se enfriaban las habitaciones. Entendemos que es un edificio antiguo pero eso no justifica que las puertas estén desvencijadas y que no tengan cerraduras (ni el baño ni los dormitorios). La bañera estaba tupida enseguida se llenaba y tenías que esperar a que bajase para que otro se duchara. Tenía como un centímetro de moho negro en las juntas y aunque no tenga ventanas no justifica esa falta de higiene. El baño es incómodo en general. Sentimos que suene fuerte el comentario pero para que le sirva de crítica constructiva. Por lo demás es una bella Ciudad con todo muy cerca.
