Simply the best, better than all the rest. An awesome hotel, with unique style and beauty. Fun styled rooms with comfy beds, best showers and lots of song lyrics, humour, literary information. The hotel was overall decent, with a good breakfast and very hardworking staff in the breakfast area who were constantly attentive and helpful. Check-in took quite a long time, and unfortunately one front desk staff member came across as rude, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was a pleasant enough stay.

Great location and great hotel! Much bigger than we thought -great amenities including a cinema! Mini bar was free. Breakfast is not included. Additional bars and restaurants at the hotel were great additions (multiple!). Also cozy room to wait around if your room is not ready yet upon check in. They also held our bags during check out as our train didn’t leave until later in the day which made it easy for us to explore more.

Loved this hotel! Great, quiet location and practically has its own private plaza. Beautiful, large rooms, excellent breakfast, nice staff, easy walk to a multitude of restaurants and all the tourist sites. The hotel is also and easywalking distance to the train station.The hotel has a full service coffee/snack/breakfast/lunch/mini meal/bar at the front of the hotel with plenty of tables to sit outside and have a snack or a drink/coffee. It’s a great place to sit at the end of the day to just chill out and relax prior to going upstairs and getting ready for evening activities. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. On checking in, we were automatically upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was big and worked well. The decor was super pleasing and quite charming. We adored the hotel bar and used the courtyard to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Location was great - walking distance from most of the big sites.
