Overall a fairly pleasant experience. Housekeeping was an issue (blood spots found on sheet, comforter, pillowcase and 2 towels). Had to ask almost every day for tea to be replenished. Stayed 2 weeks and was charged for 2 fried eggs even though we paid for breakfast package (felt like nickle and diming). 1 of the elevators broke down twice. No slippers or iron or robes in the room. For a 4 star hotel, it was not good enough. I'd rate it 3 stars. Overpriced for what it was. That said, the staff was friendly and the location was excellent.

Great location

Quirky room, no cupboard which could be difficult for some, the balcony in our heaven room was smaller than expected but despite these minus points it was a comfortable room in a great location.

The hotel like the city has a surprise around every corner so much to admire. Its location is convenient for all sightseeing, the option of the cafe at the front of the hotel is a real bonus, great for breakfast too. We enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean with free water every day without doubt a fantastic hotel and staff. Thank you
