Welcome to our charming vacation apartment on the first floor of a lovingly renovated, historic farmhouse!
With its spacious 97 m², the apartment offers plenty of room for up to 4 people—ideal for couples, families, or friends—and has been lovingly furnished for your relaxing vacation. Its ground-floor location makes this apartment barrier-free and easily accessible—ideal for guests with limited mobility as well.
Liquid soap and facial tissues are provided in the bathroom, and a selection of spices, vinegar, and oil is available for your use in the kitchen.
A crib and a high chair are available for our youngest guests.
The parking spot for your car is located right next to the entrance. A lockable garage and bike racks are available for bicycles and e-bikes.
Right outside your front door is the private terrace with a traditional Bavarian bench. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sun or dinner and wind down at the end of the day.
The old walls give the house its very special character—occasionally, through the thick walls, you might hear a faint sign of life from above, since our daughter lives on the first floor. Two curious cats and our flock of chickens at the other end of the yard add a touch of rural charm—without causing any disturbance.
The bathroom and the living room are also equipped with underfloor heating. By the way, the entire house is heated by a new wood-chip heating system—an environmentally friendly heating system based on renewable resources.

The farmhouse, with its ground-floor vacation apartment, is situated in an idyllic location on the outskirts (approx. 3.5 km from the town center) of Flintsbach am Inn in the Upper Bavarian Inn Valley - perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and mountain views. Nestled between lush meadows and wooded slopes, this small hamlet is ideal for hikes, bike rides, and excursions in the surrounding area.
We, Andrea and Christoph Wagner, live with our two adult children on a decommissioned farm that has been our home for four generations.
Even though the farm is no longer actively operated today, it is very close to our hearts—and we are delighted to share this special piece of family history with our guests.
