The staff was nice. The room was disgusting. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it, the light in the bathroom wouldn’t shut off, pubic hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom, very dirty floors and baseboards, vents were jam packed with dust, dirt smudges all over the walls, the entire property reeked of marijuana, and the hot tub was not working. The beds were very stiff and the pillows are tiny. Thankfully we were only actually in the room to sleep for a few hours, but we will not be staying there again.

The air conditionig pushed out a smell that smelled like dirty coochie. I can ahead and have it on recording confirming the pool was heated and there was a hot tub also. Neither wree usable. They were noth so cold if frlt like jumping in the lake during winters first thaw and even the spa was cool enough itvshocked my skin enough i coud not stand tpnput more than my feet in and that was the whole purpose of my stay was to use these ammeneties for my daughters birthday. Comletely pissed i was charged and no accomodation was made

The room was clean. The staff was good. But..no breakfast, yet it was advertised as having one. Only coffee..black only. No mention on line of $100 deposit that i may get back.Some vending machines were emty. Please advertise what you really have with right pricing.
